Malaysia's "My Second Home Program" is open to foreign nationals recognized by Malaysia regardless of race, religion, gender and age. It provides a special visa for families or individuals who want to live in Malaysia for up to ten years and can be extended, allowing multiple entries and exits.

This plan does not limit the applicant's stay in Malaysia, that is to say, you can come and live for 365 days a year, or you can only live for one day, and there is no requirement for the applicant to enter Malaysia every year.

Successful applicants can live in Malaysia permanently with their spouse and children, as well as a servant.

The applicant's children can study in any private school, international school or university in Malaysia, and the spouse and children can get the same level of visa and stay in Malaysia as the applicant. However, children over the age of 21 need to apply for a separate visa.

Applicants and their families can invest in any level of fixed assets, such as real estate, company shares, bonds, fixed deposits or foreign currency accounts, or participate in any form of business (subject to compliance with Malaysian business guidelines).

Those over the age of 50 can also apply for a special pass for paid work of up to 20 hours per week.

MM2H participants do not need to pay taxes to the Malaysian government for the money remitted from abroad to Malaysia, but the income earned in Malaysia needs to pay taxes to the government.
