Kuih Nyonya kebanyakannya diperbuat daripada santan, pandan dan pulut, dan bahan-bahan ini digunakan dengan bijak untuk menghasilkan pelbagai jenis kuih yang mempunyai ciri-ciri yang berbeza.Di Pulau Pinang, anda masih boleh melihat beberapa gerai yang menjual kuih Nyonya.
