Today I would like to introduce to you the time-honored Nyonya cake shop "Li Er". This Nyonya cake shop has a history of 20 years. It comes from Perlis, and the second branch in Penang. I personally think that everyone should come here at least once to experience the Nyonya flavor here.

The first time I stepped into this small shop, I felt the classic elegance and comfortable environment of this shop, followed by the warm hospitality of the young owner Kelvin. As soon as he saw us, he came to greet us and introduce his shop and beer City, because I was brought by a friend from Hong Kong. He knows my friend and knows that we are not locals.

In such a comfortable environment, the enthusiastic boss and I chatted quickly. Just as I was concentrating on sharing, my wife put the Nyonya cake in front of me.

These colorful works of art quickly attracted my attention. I took one and put it in my mouth. It was really delicious. The pastry really suited my taste. Textured yet fluffy, it melts in your mouth. In this way, I quickly finished eating the pastries on the table.

This is the first time I have stayed in this small shop for more than an hour. It is so comfortable and attractive that I am really reluctant to leave. The environment, the boss and the food are all so excellent!

Afterwards, whenever I have a chance, I will patronize the Nyonya cakes in this restaurant. At the same time, I also talk to Kelvin about everything. My wife likes to stare at Kelvin’s mother and ask her how to make delicious cakes. Talk about the experience of taking care of children and interesting things in life.

Whenever my Hong Kong friends come to Penang, I will bring them here to taste pastries. Unknowingly, a year has passed, and there are more and more customers in the pastry shop. Every time I visit, there is an endless stream of customers. Kelvin is too busy to breathe, but no matter how busy he is, he will greet every customer. I am very impressed by his professionalism and dedication.
